All of our work is done in a clean and professional manner. Chimney Cleanings are our most requested service, as they should be performed at least once a year by a licensed professional. A blockage in the flue can choke a fire, causing smoke and dangerous fumes to come back into your home.
A cap will keep rainwater fro entering an open flue and mixing with the soot and creosote to form a highly corrosive acid that is destructive to your mortar. It will also help keep nature outside like birds, squirrels, leaves and debris. Having a cap will reduce the risk of a roof fire.
An inspection and/or cleaning should be performed at least once a year by a licnesed and bonded chiney professional. We will look for cracks in the mortar, creosote build up, and rusted dampers.
Each individual unit will receive and cleaning and 21 point safety inspection. All cleanings are performed with industry grade HEPA vacuums and high end poly brushes.
Full condition reports will be submitted to the property manager upon completion. Saturday appointments are available for tenants that prefer to be home when services are being preformed.
